What is CoralNatural®?
Coral Natural ® is a dietary supplement that contains calcium, magnesium and traces of 72 other trace elements of organic origin in a balanced proportion.
It is obtained from the crushed powder of fossilized sea coral, collected from coral mines (out of the sea) on the island of Santo Domingo, in the Caribbean.
The form of calcium in marine coral is calcium carbonate, but unlike what we find in rocks, it is derived from animal coral structures, facilitating its absorption and metabolism. Calcium in marine coral does not accumulate in the kidney or
gallbladder.
What is coral?
Coral is an ancient, living organic matter formed in semi-tropical seas by small animals called coral polyps. A piece of coral is generally composed of the skeletons of many coral polyps. When one polyp dies, another one builds its home on the first. This occurs layer upon layer until a large mass, known as a “coral reef”, forms.
What is EcoSafe™ Above Sea (out of water) coral?
Due to geological phenomena, some of the reefs rose for thousands of years until they were above sea level, forming coral mines.
The corals that we find in these mines are protected by a layer of soil and free of contaminants, such as heavy metals, chemicals, fertilizers, etc.
Once the corals from these mines are collected, they undergo a purification and crushing process.
