Papaya is a very nutritious fruit. It is low in calories (40 cal/100g) and loaded with nutrients, especially vitamin C and A. It also has soluble fiber (pectins), vitamins B1, B3 and B6, and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Combining Tradition, Science and Social Commitment

The origin of Caricol ^® dates back to the Buddhist Lotus Monastery on Big Island Hawaii. Through a patented energization process, Ji Kwang Dae Opep Sa Nim, the Dharma teacher and founder of the Monastery, successfully concentrates and multiplies the diverse powers of papaya.

The production process begins with the organic cultivation of papayas in Sri Lanka. The ripe fruit is picked by hand, and after inspection and cleaning, the seeds are cut and removed from each fruit, also manually.
The pulp is then crushed, cooked for hours and enriched with oxygen. The process, carried out in Sri Lanka, uses advanced technology developed by Caricol ^® GmbH in Austria, whose production director is responsible for training the staff of the factory in Sri Lanka where papaya puree is prepared, as well as for continuous supervision and quality controls.
Sri Lanka is one of the few places in the world where we can find non-GMO papayas today. In addition, it is the only country where fruit processing methods meet the requirements of Caricol ^®: for example, manual peeling and removal of seeds, which is difficult to find in other parts of the world where it is done by machine, which causes a significant part of the fiber and pulp of the fruit to be lost.
