Bacopa
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell), also known as Brahmi or water hyssop, is a creeping herbaceous plant in the Plantaginaceae family. Its habitat is swampy areas, wetlands and muddy shores of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, Taiwan and Vietnam, and we can also find it in Florida and other states in the southern United States. It has very characteristic obolanceolate leaves: they are succulent and relatively thick. Its flowers are small with 5 white petals

Centella
Centella (Centella asiatica L.Urb), also known as Gotu Kola, Pegaga or Brahmi (it shares a name with Bacopa) is a small annual herbaceous plant of the Apiaceae family, native to Asia. Its stems are thin, with creeping stolons, and the plants are interconnected with each other. It has long green leaves, with a curly shape and rounded apices, with a soft texture and marked vessels. The roots are rhizomatous, growing vertically, cream-colored and covered with root hairs.

Turmeric

Vitamin B5 and B12
