Resiliens ® Balance is a dietary supplement from the Resiliens ® line that helps the body to better manage stress and maintain emotional stability 1 and physical and mental well-being 1,2. It is based on the synergistic ADAPT-L formula, composed of a combination of adaptogenic plants (Ashwagandha, Echisandra, Rhodiola and Eleutherococcus) and relaxants (Chamomile) together with vitamin B5.
Stress is natural and necessary, but excess stress can affect our entire body, it acts differently on each person and begins with very different causes, such as: overwork, high physical exercise load, unbalanced diet, extreme temperatures, psychological pressure, etc.
The term adaptogen is used to describe a series of natural substances that have the ability to normalize body functions and strengthen systems compromised by stress. They are substances that help the body adapt to stressful situations, minimizing their impact. Adaptogens help us boost our resilience. Resilience is the capacity of human beings to adapt positively to adverse situations, emerging more enriched and stronger from them.
When we accumulate anxiety and stress, it is also easy for sleep disorders to occur. At night, when the body needs rest, the levels of cortisol (a hormone that the body secretes in response to stress or alertness) must be almost non-existent, so the body can relax and it is easy to fall asleep. It is the activation of the nervous system, due to stress, that causes cortisol levels in the body to remain high, making it difficult to sleep and sleep
at night.
However, in the morning, when you wake up, after completing the sleep cycle, when you need to be active in order to perform daily tasks, cortisol levels should increase significantly.
Adaptogens, having the ability to normalize body functions and help it adapt and overcome stress, can help to normalize this cycle of activity, rest and recovery.
Resiliens ® Balance contains the synergistic formula ADAPT — L. A combination of adaptogenic plants 1,3,4,5 and relaxants 1,2 with pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 6.
Thanks to the synergy between its components, it helps the body to better manage stress and to maintain emotional stability and physical and mental well-being.
When developing the formula in Resiliens ® Equilibrium, we sought to achieve a multiple effect, so that 1 + 1 were not 2, but 3 and that its effects were fast-acting. In Resiliens ® Balance, a synergistic effect has been sought between all components. It has been demonstrated that by combining different adaptogenic plants in appropriate proportions, the individual effect of each plant is enhanced.
